CBD Medical Benefits and info, Smoke Out Solutions, Tucson AZ
So, admittedly, there’s hesitancy when we first introduce ourselves as CBD distributors. It’s one of two things: the first does simply not know what the CBD acronym means and the second, and more common, are those who are quick to assume we’re selling the effects of “getting high” and unaware we’re really selling the medicinal benefits of cannabis.
What many people don’t know, and it’s really too long to fully elaborate here, is there are, for the sake of over-simplifying it, different parts of cannabis with different effects. One part is THC which, yes, does have the effect of “getting high”; what we sell, however, is only the CBD “part” of cannabis which has shown to have many medicinal benefits – including being an anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, anti-inflammatory, able to reduce skin disorders, has helped people quit smoking and has been shown to be a much more effective, and less addictive, pain relief alternative. CBD has also been shown to have the effects of inhibiting cancer cell migration and invasion.
And yes, let’s emphasize the less addictive part again. Far less. The Oval Office just recently declared that our nation is suffering through an “opiod epidemic” and it seems like every other day there’s news about someone who has suffered through this. We have to wonder why CBD isn’t more on the forefront to be an answer to this crisis we’re facing as a nation.
While we do have strong conviction and purpose to sell CBD Oil, we face resistance from preconceived opinions about marijuana. Whether these opinions are warranted or not, it doesn’t really matter. What matters most is opening up people’s minds to the possibilities of what CBD can do for one suffering through anxiety. Or someone who is depressed. Or someone hooked on opiods. Or someone with severe joint pain or is embarrassed of a skin disorder. The list of people we can help through physical and mental adversities is long. The impact we can have on our community can be very positive.
Think about it for a
moment: do you know someone, or better put, how many people do you know
could benefit from CBD now that you know some of its potential
benefits? Knowing that CBD could make those people you just thought of
more comfortable, in less pain, more confident, more productive in their
day and just simply happier than they are today, does it really matter
where CBD comes from?
